Embassy Suites - Chicago O'Hare - Rosemont - Chicago

Stayed in Chicago for the weekend and didn't want to stay downtown because of the high prices... This was perfect because the hotel was priced very reasonably and conveniently located. Blue line was two blocks away and it is a quick 20 minute ride to downtown.... Just perfect.....

Very nice hotel for the price... I have stayed here about 3 times in the past. Staff is very freindly and helpful. The only thing is that one of the elevators was broke and it took forever to get up or down...

I enjoyed my stay at the ES hotel. My only complaint is that I was very disappointed to know that I did not have free internet. It would have been far too expensive for me to pay for internet service per day. It would have been the cherry on top for me to enjoy complimentary internet service on top of all of the wonderful amenities at Embassy Suite […] s. Læs mere

I finallly took a Friday off work. We were going downtown to see a concert Sat. night. We couldn't afford the hotel rates in the city and your hotel was priced right and still close enough to the city it was a quick ride downtown

The location was very close to a business meeting I had as well as Ohare airport. I had a lot of work to do in my room. The thin walls made it very easy for me to hear the crying baby nextdoor, every plumbing rattle, beeping elevator noises, and kids running through the halls. I expect to hear airplane engines, but these other noises were quite frustrating. […] The breakfast was decent but not spectacular. Several of the front desk employees seemed uninterested in customer service, as they did not smile, present a cheerful face, or seem eager to help with any issues. No apology for a room card that stopped working. Basic courtesies seemed lacking. I noticed this same attitude when calling to ask questions about the hotel over the phone. I would only stay there again if I had to be close to the airport AND I needed an extra room for a guest. Læs mere

Loved the stay, great breakfast, managers reception was awesome!! Very clean, nice hotel with great staff. A little pricey on the dining side but overall- great!

Great location near Ohare- Gibson's and Morton's next door!!

The hotel common areas need updates and some extra attention to cleaning. The room was great but hallways, elevators, atrium, etc need new carpet and fixing of details. Plus... The false fire alarm at 2:30 am was not welcome as we had to evacuate for 30 minutes

Great hotel, nice and clean. Excellent service, and helpful staff. Shuttle to and from the airport was extremely easy and quick. Would love to stay here again.

Room next door partied all night - heard every rap song, screech, loud laughter, banging into the walls,gross profanity from 2 am until 6 am when we left, It was like the walls were paper thin. In hallway you could hear everything at a majorly high decibel rate. Security, anyone? Do we have to protect our experience or do we have to take the mob on […] ? Læs mere

A quiet and nice hotel, close to the airport, sumptuous breakfast and friendly staff. It would be nice to have some basic cutlery provided in the hotel rooms.

Really neat place to stay when overnighting for flying schedules. Breakfast is fantastic!

Worst hotel, they make you pay for parking every time you leave and come back, even if you go out for 15 minutes and come back and park they make you park. I booked the double suite which can sleep up to six people, and I accidentally only booked for 2 people since it is the default selection when you book online, and I forgot to change that, and even […] though online it says the room sleeps up to 6 people they made me pay twnty/person, I think that was very shady of them, I paid over two bills for the room and at the least they could have waived the twenty/person fee. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and never stay there again. Læs mere

We had an enjoyable overnight stay at the Embassy Suites, O'hare - Rosemont. The king suit was nice and met our expectations. The king bed was comfortble. Nice breakfast was included in the prce of the room, which was nice. Will make reservations at the Embassy Suites O' Hare - Rosemount location when traveling to Chicago in the future.

A great hotel for attending the concert at Rosemont. Short walking distance to the venue. Easy access to taxi service. Breakfast tasted great and the selection satisfied everyones tastes. I will stay here the next time I come to Chicago.

Comfortable, convenient, clean. Good breakfast. Will definitely stay there again!

Our room was the perfect size for 5 women. Great staff. A wonderful buffet breakfast! This is why we stay at the Embassy Suites every year.

Hotel over all is beautiful and I would reccomend it to anyone staying in the area. Positive(s) of the hotel: breakfast buffet, managers reception, rooms were very comfortable and very large.. Negative(s): parking was $25 per day to stay as you had to park in the convention center garage, also internet was not included or free and was roughly $13 for […] 24 hours. I use the internet frequently everywhere I go and although I could have just used my phone to get internet for free, I needed my laptop. My wife brought her laptop with her as well and she found out that if both of us wanted to be on seperate laptops and be on the internet we would have had to pay twice for the 24 hour charge. Other Embassy Suites that we stay in have parking and the internet included with the stay so was not sure why this one was different. I guess its because of the location. Close to the airport but you did not hear anything as far as planes over head. Other than the parking and internet issues the hotel is very nice and would stay again. Læs mere

This is just a great hotel , close to the airport, the breakfast buffet was good each morning. enjoyed our stay , had a meeting in the room on Sunday , the work desk was great for 4 people.

Staying into this hotel is very easy to move to Dowuntoun and to the Airport as well. it is chip to travel since, You can move 60 miles away on a 2.25 cost , by usinging the railroad, this hotel have. Excelent breakfast, nice pool and complete Gim, and a very professionism behaivor on the perssonnel.

The Hotel was perfect for my stay - convenient for the airport with a shuttle that works exactly as described. Good links to Downtown Chicago via the CTA transit system. Clean, comfortable rooms with efficient professional staff.

Nothing is perfect and if that's what you are looking forward I don't think you will find it. This hotel is consistently good, just like the Hilton next door to it. They both have their pluses and minuses at times. Both are close to the Blue line to downtown...takes less than 10 minutes to walk down River Road to the station. I know Chicago after living […] there over half my life. The only thing that happened was the batteries in the door lock needed replacing. The card key didn't work and I had to go to the front desk twice!!! A pain, but they corrected the problem quickly. Læs mere

Have stayed at this hotel before and will go back again. Great Service and Crew. We Highly recommend it.

Considering location and complimentary breakfast & the evening happy hour with complimentary drinks and snacks, well worth the price. The hotel bar and restraint had great food as well. The problem we experienced with this hotel is that you have to park in the nearby parking garage--which is open to the general public. We did not feel safe. It is also across the street from a conference center. Since we had three children with us and we were two females traveling alone, if we would have know there was an Exotica conference going on […] at the conference center, we would not have stayed at this hotel. Nearly naked women were arriving in taxis and walking around the parking area. Our children were upset about this, as were we. The Exotica conference attracted some seedy looking people so every time we had to park in the parking garage, we were afraid. There was no security around, either. Læs mere

Excellent facility - great breakfast included - all suites!

Great price for a good hotel if you can do with sleeping a ways away from the city. Public transport is close by and free airport shuttle so it's not difficult to get around without a car. They charge for both parking and internet. Included breakfast is great if you are traveling with teenagers.
