It was nice, i was happy to have a roof over my head and a place to sleep and guest service was great. Our issue was that there was no warm water. The knob was broken and you had to jiggle it to get warm, but it wouldn't even do that. So needless to say, it was a cold, cold morning.

I've stayed here before. This time, a gorilla was line-dancing in the room above ours until 3 a.m. It was my fault for not reporting it sooner, but my husband fell asleep right away...so I didn't report it. Had a short break in LA with my family and was so disappointed by the Comfort Inn that I actually cut my losses and switched to a different hotel. For starters it is a long, long way from LA's major attractions, even the cost of the taxi from the airport to the hotel was $95! It's a fairly quiet area, but with hardly any tourists I didn't feel too safe. […] There's also barely anything to do in Pasadena for families. The hotel staff were helpful, but the upkeep of parts of the hotel is terrible. The elevator has graffiti, worn carpets and stinks of urine. The room they serve breakfasts is really basic, with overflowing bins and no decor - feels like a cheap youth hostel canteen. The breakfast tasted pretty cheap. Overall I'd definitely not recommend this hotel to visitors to LA - but it'd be ok for people stopping over on business. Læs mere

I was very pleased with my stay at the Comfort Inn, Pasadena. It's conveniently located in Pasenda with shops and places to eat within a few blocks. Free high-speed Wi-Fi in the room plus complimentary breakfast with a good selection of eggs, waffles, cereals, muffins, yoghurts, etc. were very much appreciated. I'll stay here again - helpful staff. Very accommodating with my room. Excellent location- lovely setting, convenient to Huntington & interstate, Vons within walking distance (room has frig/freezer/microwave). Good breakfast room with quite a lot of choices. Next time I'll stay longer - very pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a pretty good condition. The AC works fine and can be controlled from right next to the bed. It is not noisier than most AC's I've came across in hotels. There is a large fridge and a microwave oven in the room which may become very handy. The room was very clean. The only downsides would be few tv channels with bad quality (this is […] common in the hotels in the same price range in US), and water not being hot enough from time to time. It was ok for me but if you really like to shower with very hot water, you may be disappointed some mornings. The location of the hotel is really nice. Calm and silent, lots of places to eat around. Parking lot was ok too. A tip for Muslim travelers: There is an Iranian restaurant (Halal) nearby. It's right across the city college on Colorado. Another tip for business travelers: I needed a document to prove that I stayed in this hotel for reimbursement purposes. They provided it even though I was an Expedia customer. Læs mere

This wes my second stay in three weeks. It may become my 'home away from home' when I travel to Pasadena. I enjoyed the comfortable beds; user-friendly A/C controls #a rarety# nice pool and spa, friendly and courteous front desk staff, and THE BREAKFAST! I'll look forward to my next stay and the expedia site made it very easy to reserve.

Rooms clean -kept up nice- convenient to all. Outside of the clanking refrigerator -all was to our liking and price good.

This hotel has bigger rooms than most in the area plus a decent refrigerator, coffee maker etc. My wife and child and I found it comfortable. I don't know why people pay for say...a Hilton, usually double the price and then add $25 to park and also pay for internet anywhere from $10-20 when you get it all for free at Comfort Inn...

When we reserved the room, we specified that we needed a smoke-free room as we are allergic to smoke. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, he told us to check on the room and return for an exchange if we were not happy with the room. It turned out the room was very clean and had no trace of smoke. The free breakfast had a variety […] of items, even a few different brands of yogurt to choose from. Clerk gave us the wrong key, gave mine to my nephew we had to go down and sort that out. Upon checkout different clerk gave me nephews bill then after i told him that i had prepaid all was ok.

We had to check out early of another local hotel (due to ants!) and were pleased to find the Comfort Inn. It felt clean and cared for, there was a clock in the room (another disappointment at the previous place) as well as coffee-maker - tres important! -, microwave and fridge. Everything worked, towels were plentiful, there was signage explaining the […] "code" regarding clean vs. dirty towels, etc. The pool and jacuzzi were a plus, there was a little workout room and washer and dryer. So all the amenities of home. And the breakfast offered was great - many choices, including a make-it-yourself waffle, which ensured your waffle was HOT! We also appreciated that the breakfast was available until 10 a.m. on weekdays, and 10:30 on weekends. Wandering the neighborhood was fun, too, although we didn't do a whole lot of that since we were visiting family. There's a fantastic model train store up the street with an extensive train layout - a free attraction! Looked like there were some interesting restaurants nearby too. Læs mere

Ok for a budget hotel. All front desk and housekeeping staff were pleasant. The room was clean, but a bit dated. The bed was comfortable and everything was in working order. I might pay double next time for a nicer hotel. But this is a clean and safe place to rest for a night.

Rooms were very clean and looked like recently updated. The breakfast was nice with both hot and cold foods. Convenient enough to the Rose Bowl.

A Comfort Inn, nothing more, nothing less. Staff is helpfull, area around the hotel is quite nice, although one cannot make a left turn either into or out of the lot-the street is a blvd at that point. The hotel is in the middle of everything, but this being LA, is not near anything. Good place for the money.

After staying in many hotels, I have to say that for the price this was not worth it. The air conditioning unit seemed to turn on, but it never cooled down the room. The toilet flushed very loudly. The jacuzzi was too hot to even sit in and the flat screen tv was not centered with the bed making it hard to get a good view.

De kamers zijn zeer groot, en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het is niet erg nieuw of mooi, maar erg schoon. Het ontbijt is prima, de hele dag gratis koffie. Er is een zwembad.
