Hotel location was convenient and easy to find, but I left the room on Saturday 05/04 at 10am and returned at 7pm and they had not cleaned my room. Also, the WiFi connection was very bad..I had to carry my laptop to the front desk and have them show me how. And the next day they changed the password.

it has greatly improved since Quality Inn has taken over. I appreciated the beds and linnens.

Checked in over phone. Because of bad knees, I asked for a room change once arriving at motel. The bathroom was half clean (looked like grease was on shower walls. No refrige or microwave in room. our coffee maker broke and although it was reported to the front desk, it was never replaced. very upsetting not to be able to make coffee or have hot water.

At least the lobby looked nice. Very deceiving upon check in. I thought the rooms would be comparable. Wrong! King bed so low to the floor I felt I was on an air mattress in someones basement. Shower had pitifully low pressure and hot water took forever to kick in. Long hairs everywhere! Yuck. Oh! And we were told the pool would be open. When we inquired […] as to why it wasn't, we got a "I don't know who would tell you that!" like we lied about it. Non-Smoking rooms smelled horrible, especially in the bathrooms. Overall: nasty. The photos of this hotel are not accurate. I didn't expect a lot for the price but this room was not worth what I paid. The door was broken, a good push was all it took to get in and there were bullet holes in the bathroom mirror. If I wasn't staying with my husband I would have found somewhere else to stay. The hotel is very clean and everything is provided. it is close to the interstate, but rather far from the airport, so for an overnight stay before the next flight, may be not the best choice. On top of the noise from the freeway, at night, several cars parking and going create a rather noisy environment as well. no restaurant on site, but possible […] to order by phone and get food delivered. some other restaurants are available in the neighbourhood and may be a better choice. First we didn't get the room we reserved and the room we did get was terrible. The room had a terrible dusty smell and rooms were not the cleanest. The next day room service didn't come until late afternoon and then didn't properly clean. Not a great stay and certainly not was the desription says about the hotel.

when i tried to checkin i was told no rooms were available, but she checked in a guy who came after me first..i got a ringworm on my face tyhe next day after waking up frm laying in the bed..

The room smelled really bad. The drawers looked like they were about to fall apart and the restroom had peeling ceilings and a hole in the wall. There were also cigarette burn marks on some of the furniture. Would not stay there again.

This place was filthy!!! There was mold around the bathroom tub fixtures, dirt everywhere, dirty walls and doors. Also, there were holes in the walls, the microwave had food in the back of the inside of it...grose!!! When I told the staff about it, all that they said was "Oh". The beds were good but that is about all. The bathtub had repairs done to it and there was mold in the tub and on the bathroom door. Breakfest was a joke not enough food and only one waffle iron for 200 + guests.

There were many guests attempting to have breakfast, the food and drinks are all in one corner of the service area. Only one person can get any thing at any time, leaving long lines and waits. Separating food from drink serving areas, and separating condiments from meal items by adding another service table would allow much faster flow of guests and […] improve satisfaction. Læs mere

Here is the problem. We booked through Hotels.com. We stayed 3 nights. Unfortunately we arrived late on a Friday night. The room we were in seemed to be under construction and it was clean, but not maintained or deep cleaned, but the mattress in that room was absolutely incredible. In the morning we realized that there was no hot water in the shower. […] When we approached the staff, they said that they would have someone fix it at 8am, they didn't have any other rooms. The parking lot seemed pretty empty to be sold out. We had to be somewhere early, so no shower. By the time we left, we asked the front for another room. Unfortunately we weren't able to check it until we returned later that evening. Again, this room didn't have hot water in the shower. It was around 9pm. We called the front desk, which we couldn't get using the room phone. I had to use my cell. They said that they would send someone that would be there in 15min. After 30 minutes, I called again and told them the situation. I needed this taken care of immediately or I needed my money back to get another hotel. Someone came within 5 min. We had hot water!! But no cold water this time!! The next morning again we had to leave early. But that evening, which happened to be Sunday, I approached the front desk and explained what happened. They upgraded our room. The last night was better than the first two, but the rooms are not equal. And the surrounding neighborhood is not good. Læs mere

kept having to go back to office to change key card, cause it wouldnt work. saw that other guests were having the same problem. had smoking room, but no ashtrays, not even when housekeeping came. they didnt notice cig butts in a cup and think to leave an ashtray? other than that, great stay.

Was as advertised, our stay was 3 days and cleaning crew showed up between 6pm and 8pm was not happy.

The room was dirty and stirred up my dust mite allergies. I saw a cockroach crawl across the wall within 2 hours of checking in and a dead one on the a/c. When I turned on the heater it smelled like something was burning. The walls of the bathroom looked like they tried to faux finish with black/white combo but looked more like the walls were moldy. […] Mirror had lots of chips in it. The beds were hard but the pillows were soft. The fitness room is a joke. The treadmill was missing two buttons and wouldn't turn on. The equipment was at best home quality. The recumbent bike was wobbly and loud. Jerky outdated loud machines. They should quit advertising a fitness room. The pool was locked too. I didn't see anything saying that it was only opened seasonally. I was there in mid April when it was in the mid to high 70's and it was closed. Never again. Oh and even though my hotel was paid for, when I checked out 3 hours after checking in, they billed me additional fees for some unknown reason. Waiting to hear back from the hotel on that one. For starters when we arrive at 10pm there is 5 others waiting in line and the only one that is helping us is on the phone so we all wait and wait. then about an hr later we get go up to are room and it is just one bed when I booked online dble. called down and they said that is what I booked , NO im looking at my print out here that states standard […] dble queen bed. then to top that off to make the shower work you much mess with it to get it turned just right because it is broke. I called the hotel and told that we want to check-in in between 10-11AM in the morning and got a confirmation also from the hotel front desk that our rooms will be ready by that time. When we reached there, they told it will only be available by 3PM. We were all tired and looking for taking some rest in the hotel before going for the city tour. but […] could not do that. If they can not make the rooms available they should have informed me beforehand so that we can plan accordingly or go for other hotel. The breakfast was also very bad. There was no bread even to eat. No micro-oven, milk seems to be water only and the waffle machine was horrible too. Overall completely disappointed and will not ask anyone to stay there further. The room smelled slightly musty, but once the AC was running it disappeared. The room was clean, but, the internet was TERRIBLE. If you are a businessperson, and need to check email or download docs, forget about it.

The location to relays were excellent. The room had 3 light bulbs out, the microwave didn't work and we needed to use it, the faucet to the sink was just above a drip, and the tub was dirty and the shower curtain smelled of mildew. There were people that hung out all night talking and playing loud music, clearly there was no security. When I addressed […] the front desk the young lady (I failed to get her name) acted like my concerns were not important because all she could say was I'm sorry very nonchalantly and tell me that it was a busy weekend which had nothing to do with the conditions I described about the room. WOULDN'T STAY HERE AGAIN FOR FREE!!! 1. PAID TO UPGRADE TO A POOL SIDE ROOM & THEY SAID NOTHING ABOUT THE POOL BEING UNDER MAINTAINANCE. WEREN'T EVEN ABLE TO TAKE THE KIDS SWIMMING! 2. The first night we had no hot water. Was told there was a problem w the boiler and was moved to another room. Also the room was in bad shape, horrible bed ans tv didn't seem to get all the channels. Plus there was no channel guide to know which channels were availible. Second night, in our new room, toilet wouldn't flush down toilet paper. The hot water […] took 15 mins to get hot but there was no water pressure to use the shower. I still had reservations for another night, however we checked out and went home the nxt morning. Never stay there again ever. People were very loud, woke up my kids. Tried to open the door twice at 3 and 4 in the morning. Very very tiny of water coming out from the shower. No mini refrigator. Calling the office, the sound of phone was always beep. Ice maker not working. Could smell pot in the air caused my head ache.

It was ok for what it was. Just a standard room. It was a little pricey but it was a big weekend in Austin so it made sense. We didnt have hot water the first night but maitenance came when we called to fix it. The toilet was broken and started flooding. We asked the hotel staff to fix it, and they came and plunged it- that's it. It was not a good experience. Definitely not staying here again. Waste of money.
