"Convenient location"
Great as always. We were in town for a funeral amd all the rest of our family stayed at the same hotel but we opted for Drury Inn because we knew what we would be getting.

"Attentive Staff-Springfield Il"
I loved the food and the attentive staff were outstanding. We have family in the area and we will definitely stay at the Sprinfield Il hotel again and again. The hotel does need to be updated but otherwise, its perfect.
Hotel was great with excellent customer service as it seems all Drurys have. We got there and the place was packed and my room reservation was not confirmed from hotels.com yet.. After back and forth phone calls, Cathy at the front desk, who was already short-staffed, went out of her way to hold the last room with two beds left for me. Hotel needs updated. Elevator broke after only 12 houurs of our 48 hour stay. Our room was on the 5th floor! No compensation for the inconvenience... just didnt feel like a warm and welcoming place. Would not stay here again.

"Too many people, need a bigger pool."
just too many kids running up and down hallway, good luck getting a place in line when its food time, that is what drew me to the hotel, and the pool, which we never used, too many kids!!! They need to tell people when its going to be jam packed and when its a quieter time for older people to book. I had a miserable time for the money I dished out.
I THINK THESE HOTELS ARE WELL WORTH THE MONEY. THEY ARE A VERY NICE AND CLEAN HOTEL. PAY THE XTER AND HAVE A GOOD HOTEL... THANKS SO MUCH
This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel, and both times I found the room comfortable and the staff friendly and responsive to my requests. I plan to stay here again when I need to visit Springfield.

Best hotel we ever stayed at. The beds were EXTREMELY soft and comfortable. The breakfast bar had a wide variety of delicious food and drinks. The evening food and beverages were also good. "A weekend of reminiscing"
Stayed at the Drury Inn in Springfield, IL with mom and two sisters. We were so pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness, helpfulness of all the staff. Very accomodating and it was nice to have breakfast and a light evening meal on site. We were hoping to have a walk in shower for my 80-year old mother but learned after we got […] there they were only available with a king size bed, not two queens. Wondering why hotels are even providing bathtubs any more?? Why not all walk in showers? They were up front and told us when we reserved that they couldn't guarantee a walk in shower so we were not upset about that, just that more were not available in a variety of rooms. "Excellent place to stay"
Very close to the Lincoln places we wanted to visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food both in the evening and for breakfast was great. We would definitely stay here again!

"Wonderful chain"
Drury is my choice. Evening drinks and food, free 1 hour long dist. good internet, printer at the business center and good breakfast. I stayed in Drury for the remainder of my trip. Only Embast Suites gives you this and not including the long dist. at double the price.

"great visit"
I have been to this hotel several times and have had great service each time. I did get a nightls refund one time due to non working heat in one of the suite rooms. They have extra security on busy weekends which I was glad to see. We aways enjoy the pool and hot tub. The kickback meals and drinks are a real perk if you don't want to eat out, expecially […] if you have kids. The biggest reason we stay here, though, is they welcome pets for free and that is a big plus as we often bring our dog. You may find a cheaper place to stay, but this one is worth the extra bucks overall. Læs mere

Stayed at this motel on trip to Arkansas and on return trip booked a room again. Great place to stay with kids!! Cannot say enough good things about Drury Inn. Will make this the place to stay on future trips.

had stayed here before and was wonderful..this time we were unable to enjoy any of the amenities because of an overflow of young kids...no pool...no hot tub...1 hr. wait for hor'd'orves service...when we checked in we found a dirty drink straw in our ice bucket ..eeeeeeeeeeew....and some gal at the front desk was rude...rude ...rude...next time I shall […] ask it they are expecting a school to be staying there...or I shall choose a less pricey place and not expect much. "It was a good value for a family."
We stayed 3 nights with 2 grandsons. I was expecting a larger room, one with a divider and sitting area. We were a bit cramped. The breakfast and evening snack were certainly adequate for the children...adults were pretty tired of it after 3 nights. The kids loved the pool and the popcorn. All in all it was a good value.

The staff were quite friendly. And the 5:30 get together and breakfast were great. Our room overall was pretty good, except that it was extremely warm. When we mentioned this to the desk staff, we were told that it was because our room faced the pool and therefore the room would be warm. This hotel was a pleasant surprise and more than I expected. The kickback hour was great after a long trip and we did not even go out for dinner because it was relaxing and made us just want to stay. After snacks we swam in the pool and got ready for our busy next day. I would stay again instead of the Crown Plaza where I usually stay.

I was pleased with my stay. I like that they have a happy hour with actual food, not just snacks. The bed was a little firm, and there wasn't a controllable vent fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, with a large selection The pool is small, and the hot tub can fit maybe 3 adults max. The only problem with the stay is our room was directly across […] from the stairwell on the 2nd floor, and got woke up at 6 AM by the steady traffic and loud shutting of the door. The staff was very friendly and I would give them 5 stars alone. The only problem I had was that I got stuck in a room that was in between the door to outside and the door to the pool with the vending machines and elevator in the middle. The room was VERY nice, the employees were very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was there were bugs in the room! I killed 2 that were walking up the wall...the is the only reason we won't be returning to that particular hotel.

Our room was very clean and we enjoyed the breakfast and evening snack, which served as a dinner for our family. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Staying at the Drury made our visit to Springfield a great weekend trip. We woulds stay there again and would recommend it to others.

My fiance and I were in love with this hotel! We would def. recommend it! The room was nice and comfortable, we had a king size bed with a recliner and flat screen tv. The happy hour was amazing! There was a HUGE variety of food and beverages! Free popcorn and soda was a big hit as well. Breakfast was really good! It's a must see/stay!
