Fint hotel i relation til et besøg i Salem og tæt på Boston Lufthavn. Køleskab på værelset havde været ønskeligt. Fin Italiensk restaurant tilknyttet stedet

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and have never been disappointed. The front desk staff are very friendly, and the room is always perfect.

Overall nice place. One complaint is we had booked 2 rooms 2 months in advance and they put us on different floors!

No fridge or microwave in the room! Room was clean except there was a beer bottle cap by the bed. Housekeeping is obnoxious, however. Check out time is 12 o'clock. They knocked (and entered!) at 9:40am, 10:25am, AND 10:50am!!! I opened and told the maid that we will be gone at 12 and she told me to call the front desk to tell them. Huh??? Overall the Hotel is good except for some amenities - when we had a meeting with a friend in the lobby around 3PM - we were literally looking for water and coffee - the bar was closed, the restaurant was closed. It will be good if they make and keep some coffee/tea in the lobby like other Hotels do.

We wre not impressed at this hotel. One of the big complaints is that the cable system was not carrying the very important Patriots football game on Sunday afternoon. When I went to the desk I was given the standard answer of they are working on it. There were a lot of people who were not impressed (we were part of a group). Also there were no Do Not […] Distrub signs to put outside of the room's doors. This could be a nice hotel with some improvements and better attention to detail. Læs mere

When I arrived there was a prostitute standing at the front door of the hotel waiting for a taxi. When I asked for a pass for the breakfast the lady at the front desk said "I couldn't give you a pass at the rate that you paid".

The hotel was good rooms were nice great pool but the room was so stinky that it was unbearable. Dont know why... Had to spray colone

we were close to salem ..we loved it ..even took the ferry to spend a day in boston..enjoyed our 4 days stay..

We decided to go with the Holiday Inn Peabody on our 1st trip to Boston & when we go back we will definitely stay there again. The hotel was very nicely updated and when we arrived the manager on that day was extremely helpful with advice about how to get into the city. Our overall experience was really nice, the commute into the city wasnt bad at all […] driving & taking the train nearby in Wonderland was easy. Staff was helpful and buffet breakfast was decent. Right on the highway (Rt1) tricky on and off until you know where it is. Staff was fine, room excellent, except for a bad must moldy smell from the air conditioner (Room 433). Good place to stay, close to restaurants etc.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in 2 different rooms. The first room, in which I stayed for 3 nights, the only I saw was that the carpet was wet in the hallway. I had no issues with the room. I returned and stayed one more night. The room I got had an urine smell to it. Also, I found the next morning that there was hair in the shower, so it appeared […] that the shower was not clean. Found this one on website, but didn't know the terrain. Very difficult to navigate to east side of US1 if traveling south. And front desk staff didn't know how to direct!! Also, sketchy neighborhood and loud partying guests.

This is a very good hotel, especially if you are trying to avoid the high prices of hotels near the city and Logan Airport. It took us only about 15 minutes the next morning to get to the airport (on a Saturday, so no traffic.) The only problem with the hotel is that this hotel had a regular restaurant, so no free breakfast! It is attached to a Carrabas […] Restaurant! Our stay started out pretty rough. We had booked a "flow room", but had confirmed a week before with "Alan" that it was a standard room which should have been a single king. Upon checking in, turned out we got two doubles(pretty silly when travelling with a girlfriend). Went to the front desk and asked to be moved to a king. They were fully booked, […] and we had to wait til one opened(understandable). That night, our AC decided to stop cooling, and kept making a very audible clicking belt noise. We called the front desk, and a maintenance guy did come up, but complained right in front of us about the management not wanting to upgrade/replace the old "junk" units. Luckily, after smacking it a few times, it worked through out the night. The 2nd day, I went down to check on switching rooms, but was informed that they were out of rooms again, so we had to spend ANOTHER night in a room with a very tempremental AC. Each time I spoke to the front desk, I was met with rudeness, and a very uncaring attitude. Ashley, I believe it was, even had the audacity to cop an attitude with my girlfriend before even asking what was wrong by letting out a very loud sigh when she saw us coming up, then telling us "it wasn't her problem". She alone will be the reason that we will not be boooking this hotel if we travel to Boston again. In any event, luckily on the 3rd day, we were able to get switched to a king, with a working(and quiet) AC unit and the rest of our stay was uneventful. The pool is very nice, the beds are quite comfortable, the bathrooms clean and pretty. Overall, as I listed above, we would not stay here again, but you can take your chances that the front desk is a bit more polite when you get there. Læs mere

Immediate order of gas fumes upon registering Location hard to find, signs not prominate amenities pitiful (1 mr coffee machine) no room reciept provided rate not comnsureate with expectations of a well known hotel chain never again will i use or recommend Holiday Inn

Hotel is really over priced given the location and condition............

Nice hotel. Modern furniture and all seemed recently remodeled or new. Didn't like where it was located- kept missing the turn because we were on the opposite side of the highway.

The hotel is very nice, very clean, and very comfortable. The food from room serivce was depicious and fairly priced. However, paying $6.95 a person for a continental breakfast consisting of (no exageration) stale mini bagels, 3 pieces of danish, 2 yogurts, and cereal (and that's the whole buffet not what I ate) was awful to say the least. We found the facility to be very clean and well maintained. However, there are service issues that need to be addressed. After calling the day before to confirm our reservation, we arrived 20 minutes after the requested check in time and still had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes before our room was ready. Also, there were 4 adults registered to […] stay in the room and only 3 bath towels and 2 wash cloths. We called down for more but they never arrived. Upon check out, we were again made to stand at the counter and wait to be acknowledged by the desk clerk. She was on the phone while I stood in front of the counter for at least 5 minutes with bags in my hand while she discussed hotel business with someone on the other end. Audits, inventory, another employee's hours, that kind of thing. When she finally asked the person on the other end to hold, there were 3 other parties lined up behind me to check out. She apologized for the delay and shared that she was speaking to her boss. I wonder how her boss would feel if he/she knew how she had made us wait. 5 minutes might not seem like a long time but believe me, when you are made to feel invisible, it feels like an eternity! I would recommend this hotel to others but warn them that you must be willing to be a little pushy to get the service you might otherwise expect from a hotel such as this. After check in, we received a phone call in our room to ask if the room was satisfactory. I was impressed. The rooms were clean, comfy, and convenient. Quality with an econimical price. We will stay here again.

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend to celbrate our anniversary and visit Salem and Boston. The location was perfect for both places and although under construction, our room was great and you wouldn't know except for the entrance. It is definitely worth the price and we would visit here again.

The hotel was under construction which was a little disappointing. The entire front of the hotel was wrapped. i was under the impression that construction was completed. We were staying there to celebrate our anniversary. Fortunately, the hotel room was ABSOLUTELY beautiful. They did a real nice job remodeling the rooms. The bathroom sink and shower […] had marble. There was a blackout around 7pm.. and the staff were unable to advise why.. So we left for an evening out instead of staying in.. Overall the rooms are nice but the service and the construction was unappealing. Once they are done.. I would stay there again. Læs mere

Not a great location, but I enjoyed the free breakfast so we did not have to make a special trip for breakfast as no breakfast restaurants are close. Hotel staff very helpful. Nice indoor pool and exercise facility. However, I did find out that I could have gotten a better rate if I had just called the hotel rather than using Hotels.com

Sortie de l'hotel difficile à cause de la route adjacente où les voiture roule très vite. J'ai même assisté à un accident d'un client qui sortait de l'hotel à cause de ça. A part ça c'est un bon hotel pour séjourner. Avec une grande piscine et tout est assez proche.
