"Baby shower"
The front desk was very accommodating to our needs, but the pool was very cold for the kids and our rooms were also cold, I would not stay there again because there are no microwaves and no continential breakfast.
"Clean room, nice housekeeper"
We were just in town for one night. This hotel met our needs at a reasonable price. And, our room was clean :)
Check-in was quick and easy, despite the fact that there were many guests checking in at the same time. My reservation was accurate and handled smoothly. The gentleman working the desk was polite and welcoming. I was a little disappointed with the condition of the sleep number beds. One of the controls was behind the bed, unplugged, and I had to dig […] it out in order to use it. One of the beds worked fine, the other was difficult to adjust. It seems that if a hotel is going to offer such an amenity, the beds should be in good working order. The drape over the window facing the parking lot was directly over the heater, and if the drape was closed, it blocked the heat circulation completely. A shorter drape would have solved that problem. Since it was a chilly weekend I had to leave the drape open all night. My only other complaint is that the wireless service was slow to connect and I couldn't get much more than a "good" signal, which fluctuated between "poor" and "good" all the time. Cleanliness was excellent, the housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is located in a safe neighborhood. Parking was abundant - and free. Læs mere

the first room we recieved had stains all over the comforter on both beds. the second room, one of the beds was broken and the phone didn't work. the third room had stains all over the living room furniture. we requested extra pillows, and when they were brought to our room, they didn't have pillow cases on them and they had large stains all over them. […] when we had to look under the bed to make sure we didn't forget anything upon checkout, we found used condoms on the floor. we complained to the manager at checkout, and he asked if we had picked them up and disposed of them. we told him that we refused to touch someone else's used condoms! this was one of the worst hotels stays that we have ever had and when we complained at checkout, the manager said that they coudn't do anything about it. "Radisson Milwaukee North Shore"
Arrived early and was able to check in. Room was very spacious and we were close to the pool (great with two teenage boys in tow). Sports bar inside the hotel was nice--good service/good food! Nice location-close to highway and close to Bayshore Mall without even getting on highway. Overall nice place to stay-would book there again.
"Not clean and bad acoustics"
Stayed here with my family for 5 nights. When we got into the room, one of the paper cups next to the coffee machine was used. On the second day, the cleaning staff cleaned our room and although we had no toilet paper or clean towels - they fixed the beds but did not bother to re-stock. When we called they restocked happily though. We were in a room […] by the pool and there was a large group staying at the hotel. The noise level was unbelievable. We heard people knocking on other's doors at 1AM and were awakened at 7:30AM by people in the pool. We complained at the front desk on the second day, but the group was leaving that day. We were traveling with a baby and needed a fridge - there was a charge for that. The did bring a crib into our room without additional cost. Læs mere

"Restful in Residential Area"
It was an ok hotel to stay at for a short weekend trip and it is close to the highway so easy on and off access. We had to switch rooms as the first room had an adjoining door to someone who was ramming into the door every few minutes. We upgraded to a suite and then were pretty happy. If you look behind any table or night stand no one has cleaned for […] a long time (we dropped a phone and saw the mess back there). "The hotel in milwaukee north shore"
They have all SLEEP MEMBER BEDS and it was the best nights sleep I have ever had on the road and I do a lot of traveling. I highly recomend ths hotel. Very clean and the restaurant/lounge was very nice as well. The pool area(inside) was incomprable.

The lobby looked very nice and the gentlemen at the desk was very helpful. The room could use updating- mold in the bathroom. The coffee bar wall had something splashed all over it. The carpet needed a good cleaning and the towels were very gray, they looked liked they had washed a floor with them. I had to use a hand towel to dry off after my shower. nothing super fancy but nice enough. highway nearby as well as food and mall.
"booked for five guests, room for four."
We specifically searched for a hotel that would accommodate my family of five. That is how the reservation was made and how we settled on this hotel. When we arrived, the room had two double beds only. I was assuming it would have a fold out couch. The man at the front desk was nice enough to give us a roll away bed, which he is not supposed to do. […] The roll away was almost not useable, as it was all springs. The pool had something gross and red floating in it, which we noticed after we had already gotten in, so we got out in a hurry. The heat was stuck ON all night and could not be adjusted down. The breakfast buffet was ridiculously overpriced at 10.95 considering what was on it. We went to a place about a half mile away called Glen's Cafe which was very popular with the locals and was quite good. Læs mere

nice location. close to cardinal stritch university and to bayport mall. easy to get there from hwy 43.
"an OK stay"
The hotel itself was fine but the room had a few problems. Our bed was so hard that we had to check to make sure there was a mattress on it and it wasn't just a boxspring with sheets on it. There was some kind of brown liquid that had dripped onto the boxspring and the floor on one of the sides. Our room was facing the atrium and at 9 am on Friday we […] were woken up by the sounds of an orchestra and what looked like a silent auction going on in the atrium. Except it wasn't that silent. There was also a children's hockey team that stayed near us and we were woken up Saturday and Sunday at 8 am by kids running back and forth down our hall and playing in the pool. We were also charged for room service we never had. The staff was nice enough and the hotel is in a good location. But I would suggest getting a queen bed maybe and making sure your room doesn't face the pool otherwise you may be woken up early every morning. Læs mere

Check in staff great, location great, cleaning staff did a great job. Bartender was friendly. Comfort Control bed lost all its air by morning. Was a good learning experience with the air mattress. Reminded us of camping. We were not sure if the mattresses were just old and leaky or if they are always this uncomfortable. So please do not share a double […] bed, you will not get much sleep. Lampshade could of been replaced. If I stayed here again I would need a different type of mattress. Everything else was a great deal. Læs mere

"Radisson first timer in Glendale, WI"
I have to say that I was very impressed with the Radisson. The room was so nice and I loved the fact that they actually had a sleep number bed. I usually stay at the Marriott but i like the Radisson much better. This will definitely be my hotel of choice when I am in the Milwaukee area.
"Weekend Getaway"
The Radisson Milwaukee North Shore was a pleasant surprise. The interior is modeled nicely, the indoor pool and hot tub were perfect, and the room was spacious. We also enjoyed having the opportunity to have breakfast in bed. It was also close to all the activities on our agenda. My only complaint is the Sleep Number Bed - I hated it.

"Nice Stay"
Nice room, clean, comfortable, great staff, hotel bar had good food! Wireless internet worked well. Overall a good stay! I would stay here again!
"Exceptional Customer Service"
I book hotels through Hotels.com on a regular basis for an Outside Sales Team. One of our team members was unable to send out a FedEx shipment and the hotel offered to send it for us. About a week later, Casey, worked with us to confirm our shipment had been picked up and handled properly. This is definitely an above and beyond service we really appreciated […] it! We found a pair of dirty shorts and thong underwear under a chair in another room that we had. Not nice!!!! Other than that, everything was perfect.

We stayed here for my husband's college graduate. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had our children with us and they enjoyed the pool. We also used the fitness room and they equipment was great and in good condition. We ate the a few meals at the restaurant/bar and the food was delicious along with wonderful service. "Sleep Number bed, Either broken or not all that"
The hotel was great, I got a single king bed for 1 night. The pool area was clean and the hot tub is a plus. However, our bed had a sleep number matress and I am not sure if it was broken, or just not as amazing as everyone makes it out to be. Maybe 1 night isnt enough to properly test it though

no complaints. I had a key card issue but that only allowed me to experience the service which was great. Walked to a nearby restaurant too.

Very good service at this hotel, various staff asked if there was anything needed. This hotel is older, but with updates. Stayed as part of Wedding group. Event in hall was very nice - food was great. Several events in atrium next door to pool was very convenient.
"oh dear... rough all around"
The hotel feels old, crusty -- crackling mirrors, rusty faucets, chipped veneer... Don't choose this hotel based on the "free airport shuttle": I pre-scheduled an airport pick-up and it fianlly arrived after two calls to the hotel 60mins late: they were "unable to provide" a shuttle back to the airport, leaving us in a bind! The first night at about […] 2am the folks in the two rooms across the hall from us had to be arrested and taken away by the police for noise and failure to pay their bill, a process that took over an hour, and we heard ALL of it, of course! We were comped that night and moved to a suite for our 2nd night. Overall, the hotel needs a facelift and needs more staff (eg the breakfast server is also the only person doing room service delivery, meaning she wasn't in the restaurant to help those of us there!; the shuttle driver is also the security guy and the maintenance guy...). Hotel was clean and the rooms were fine. Nothing outstanding in either a good or bad way. Basically what one would expect for the price.

Hotel interior was clean front desk attendent was helpful. Restaurant/bar service was marginal. Food quality was marginal. Was clean stayed on a Sunday night in transit from N Wisconsin left early in the morning room was nice no in room refrigerator kind of surprised. The sleep number control did not operate.

We love staying at this particular Radisson. the pretty tropical surrounding around the pool is so relaxing. beautiful plants and trees with a domb to see the sky. We just love it.

Our poolside room Christmas Eve provided a lot of what we needed. We could NOT easily find the channel guide(upon checkout, we were told it was in the hotel guide book) Put guide in the vicinity of the TV!! There was no full length mirror-always helpful!!
"Bathroom needs attention"
I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past without concerns. However, this time I was in the atrium area. I am not sure if the other wings are newer but I found the bathroom in this room in need of attention. The bathtub has been resurfaced but the bottom was peeling. The caulking for the tub and surrounding area appeared new but was done […] very poorly and was peelling away already. It looked like there had been some attempt to clean dirt or mold out of the tub wall tiles but it was still visible. A shower worked out OK but I would not want to use the bathtub for a bath. If I decide to return to this hotel I will request a room other than in the atrium area. Læs mere

My stay at the Radisson North Shore was perfect! Great room, great service & location, loved the restaurant/bar and the indoor pool/hot tub area was very unique... in the atrium. Definitely recommend this Radisson property and I'll certainly stay here again!

Courteous staff, easy, fast check-in. Clean pretty room with sleep number bed. Convenient location, 10 min from downtown Milwaukee. Grocery store 1 block south. Jimmy Johns 1 block. Good value.

Hotel was in a good location. Rooms, while clean, were a bit outdated with carpet and furnishings. Little things were just not right about the room either; the shower drained poorly, the toilet made a strange sound after every flush, ESPN, ESPN 2, and a local channel did not have good reception on the television.
