High class hotel. Gentle and polite and intelligent service. Quiet and comfatable hotel, and cosy too. High standard of room, cleaning in top class.

Not worth what I paid. Didnt have services typical of 4 star hotel. I asked for an additional packet of coffee and was refused !!! Very small room at the top of the hotel. Hit my head against the sloping roof. Photo's not representative of what I experienced. Cleaner didnt leave correct quantity of supplies in the room. We loved the hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, non-smoking quiet room as requested for the first three nights. We had only one uncomfortable thing happen: we checked out one night to go to Normandy. When we returned to check in again they put us in a smoking room that was inferior to our first room. […] Since I get sick from smoke they changed us to another room that was also inferior to our original room When we came back an hour later they asked if we were satisfied with our room and we replied no. They said that they had a no show and would move us to a better room. It took 3 tries, but they finally made good for our next four night stay. The location was excellent. Claridges is a lovely small hotel in a convenient position ...The rooms are small and comfortable.lots to see and do within walking distance..

This is our second stay at the Hotel Claridge and once again it did not disappoint. The service is wonderful and location can't be beat.

Great location, (near shopping, metro and restaurants) helpful staff. Could be a bit more generous with providing daily coffee packets and bottled water. Would recommend hotel. We stayed four nights and happy with 20% discount provided by hotels.com.

Staff lived up to its wonderful reviews. Location of hotel perfect for walking and jumping on the Metro. Room was a bit "tired" as in flea market decor (and not chic flea market). Hotel brochure and the view of a room being cleaned in the morning indicate that other rooms may be nicer. I do not recommend Hotel Claridge. Service is important. How would you feel about the following circimstance - a long flight from the U.S., long taxi ride to the hotel, and upon arrival - the hotel has given the confirmed hotel room to another customer? Our stay at Hotel Claridge was nice and comfortable. The staff was courteous, informative, and very friendly. The location was good as we were in the Champs Elysee area where we were close the main tourists spots are and the two main Metro lines were two or three blocks away. After walking for hours, since the hotel was in the middle of the best spots, […] we could go back to the hotel to catch a nap and rest our feet and come out again all refreshed. The bathroom was constantly cleaned, sheets were nice and clean, and the room size was unusually big for Paris. There was a window in the bathroom which faces the back of the hotel that you can open up to freshen up the whole hotel room. It was a perfect room for a ten day stay. Læs mere

This is a nice boutique hotel in Paris. The location is great, as it is close to Champs-Élysées, the metro, and all the attractions, but still on a smaller, quieter street. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They were actually very willing to help. Help us with quite a few reservations that involved more than just making a simple phone call. […] The employees at the front desk are some of the friendliest and helpful we had encountered, anywhere. The hotel is a GREAT choice. Very close to Champs Elisee and other main attractions. Staff is friendly. The room we stayed was clean and modern. The only small inconvenient is the size of the room that could be a bit bigger.

Great hotel. Fantastic location for sightseeing as close to Metro stop. Great service, good size room and very comfortable. Restaurants in area not bad but you will need to travel to sample "real" local French cuisine. We will be staying here again.

We stayed at the Claridge for 3 days in February. The staff is most helpful and very friendly. Our room was on the 5th floor and was pretty spacious. there was an extra bed in the room for our 5 year old son and still plenty of room to move around. The room could use a bit of updating especially the carpeting. Location is wonderful, a block from the […] champs elysees and easy access to many metro stations. 15mn walk to Eiffel Tower. This little boutiques hotel, located in the ritzy 8th arrondissement is a real gem. You will not regret staying at this beautifully decorated authentic Parisian hotel.

Quality of the hotel was good for the price. Staff was very helpful, and the room was small but clean. The only issue was that the main water supply to the hotel was shut-off for an extended period during one of the days (about 6 hours). Communication was poor on this issue, and it was an inconvenience.

Professional, friendly staff help make this hotel a very lovely experience. It is ideally located and very accessible. The level of service was excellent ... I and the family will be back!

This was my 4th time in Paris. This time I have managed to find a hotel with style and LOCATION LOCATION!!! It was my best Paris experience ever. Hotel was amazingly clean, most European hotels are not very spacious as most people know but Claridges had good size room with very comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. From the hotel Champs […] Elysees street is like 3 mins walk and if you are a girl who loves to shop all the designer lables are around the corner from the hotel just ask the staff. Front desk staff all spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Had a suite for the 3 of us and if was very large by European standards. Location just off Champs Elysee and one block from Metro was perfect. Breakfast was okay, typical I would say. I would definitely stay there again.

All staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and pleasant. The hotel is within the 'Golden Triangle' so if you want designer shopping this is the place to be. Chanel, Gucci, et al all within 500 metres.200 metres from the Champs Elysees, 500m from the Arc de Triomphe. Two Metro stations within easy walking distance. Plenty of restaurants, some very […] expensive others reasonable. We were at the back so it was quiet, but we suspect the rooms over looking the road could be noisy, but I doubt you could find a quiet room anywhere in Paris! Læs mere

The Hotel Claridge was in easy access to everything in Paris - the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, restaurants, metro. We had a junior suite which was very large. The room was clean and well furnished. Not surprisingly, the room was small and the bed took up 80% of the living space. The bathroom was also cozy and there was not a lot of room to store toiletries. But, the size is typically Parisian and you don't go to Paris to stay inside! The selling points of this hotel are location, cleanliness and the great customer service. I found Hotel Claridge to be a very charming and comfortable place. It was welcoming, warm and helpful and gave me easy access to my appointments and some sights. The staff are very professional and patient with language differences.

We were ready to leave after a weeks stay at the Hotel Claridge when we were left stranded due to the Iceland Volcano. We immediately went to the front desk and the staff was very accommodationg and kind. They honored our existing rate and treated us beautifully. Our trip was originally scheduled for 8 days but extended for 16 days due to the volcano. The hotel was very helpful in extending our reservations for the original rate. The rooms were very clean and the staff very attentive. Anything we needed was delivered with a no problem attitude. Fiquei desapontadanporque ao chegar no Hotel cansada me puseram em outro Hotel . Da mesma categoria porém em uma rua completamente deserta e tive que no dia seguinte ir pro Hotel da Reserva o que foi um desaponto , eles me ofereceram o cafe da manha como recompensa . Mas nao era isto que esperava Sandra

Hyggligt fyrstjärnigt hotell. För litet rum utan fåtölj. Rent och snyggt. Lagom närhet till CE i tämligen lugna kvarter. Frukosten normal för ett hotell i denna prisklassen. Receptionen artig och trevligt kylig.

Muy buen hotel, la atencion es de primer nivel, el staff de personas que ahi trabajan estan perfectamente capacitadas con la mejor disposicion a ayudar. La ubicacion es PERFECTA a 2 Minutos caminando de Champs Elisees. En pocas palabras Muy recomendable.
