Hotellet var okay, men der var nogle mangler. Ydredøren var ikke tæt. Ydredøren kunne ikke benyttes som indgang, da den ikke kunne låses. Dette skulle man gøre indefra, hvilket gjorde det umuligt at låse den op udefra. Ellers var hotellet okay. Det har eller været en god oplevelse!

"A Little Disappointed"
Our stay at the Doubletree Hotel in East Syracuse was a little disappointing. The beds were very uncomfortable - mattresses worn out! There were no bath towels in the bathroom and the water pressure on the tiolet was very poor. Not the greatest expereience.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your less than stellar experience and we apologize for not meeting some of the most basic expectations with your stay, including the room not being fully prepared for your arrival. We hope that we had an opportunity to respond to some of the immediate concerns regarding the lack of towels and the water pressure, while taking your mention of the bedding to our management team for review. Again, thank you for sharing and we hope that we might have an opportunity to wow you next time rather than some what disappoint.

"great time"
I took my 6yr old daughter there as a mini trip due to dealing with her brothers hockey season. We were in the pool just about the whole time. Everything was great. The only think I could say is that the saturday morning we were headed to the pool we had to walk by a conference on our way. Indoor pool is quite small compared to the picture on the website. Long walk from parking lot through the interior of the hotel to the elevator because you have to walk through conference areas. Thank you for taking the time to share your recent stay experience and we feel terrible that we did not quite live up to your overall expectation. To address some of your mentioned items, there has been no change to our indoor pool area that would have made it different than any authorized pictures represented online but we apologize none the less. As for the distance to the guest rooms, there are four separate entrance/exit doors in addition to our main lobby point of entry that provide easy access to both our two guest room towers and our elevators. Our apologies if our front desk representatives did not share this information as this may have made to things a little easier for you in both your arrival and departure. With that said, we hope you enjoyed your overall visit and that you still may consider our property in the future when back in the Syracuse region.

I stayed here with my family for one night while we explored syracuse. It was clean, and the kids loved the pool. My only complaint would be that after realizing that we had forgotten a bag in our room we had a poor experience in trying to find out if it had been found. Other than this the hotel was great aand the cookies were delicious!

I absolutely love coming to this hotel. The beds are so comfy, the staff is very friendly, and the pool and fitness room are awesome. I brought my 2 daughters there for the 1st time this past weekend and they loved the experience. The only thing I wished the hotel would offer is a free continental breakfast. We had a lovely time. The pool was warm and hot tub very clean. Room comfy and clean as well. Although the place was booked this particular night we had no problems with noise at all either. Enjoyed the bar. Check in was fast efficent and helpful too.
Hotel staff very pleasant,we loved the warm cookies! The only complaint I have is the pillows were in desperate need of being replaced.

"Doubletree-Double thumbs up!"
5 stars, great hotel, wish the pool area was open later so my girlfriend and i could enjoy the hot tub since during the day its mobbed with screaming kids. Overall a very nice stay!

Glad to hear you really enjoyed your stay but we are sorry that you didn't get to enjoy as much quiet by the pool time as you would have liked. We have considered an adult swim time in the past but with a heavy family mix of guest on the weekends, it is very hard to limit access to the pool. "Family friendly, but three star, not four"
This is a very mediocre facility with shabby carpeting in the hallways, cheap furniture, no charm or real decor in the room and few amenities. It had a very reasonably priced coffee shop and a large indoor pool. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were quiet.
The hotel itself is in need of some updating with the carpeting and some other things. The room itself was very nice and the bed was super comfortable, which was a nice change from most of the rooms I usually stay in.
this my 2nd visit to Double tree and i have a major complaint about it... the beds and the restaurant down in the lobby.... the beds aren't comfortable at all.. when you are two in bed for sure both will roll in the middle of bed.. restaurant service is not impressive at all... slow slow service... spend 3 hrs just for breakfast with only 1 waitress... "Room ready"
The room was not ready when we cheched in at 4:45PM. The attendant told us it would be another half hour until it would be ready. I explained to her that this is unacceptable and she reluctantly put us in another room that was ready. "Comfort and a Cookie"
We needed an early check-in. Not only did they have a very comfortable room, we each recieved a yummy warm choc chip cookie. Plus its only minutes away from a major highway interchange so easy to get to from NSEW. They also have a fantastic banquet option. Good Food Great Service

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a good value. However, there was a $10+ per day fee to access Wi-Fi. This is exorbitant, especially considering that many budget hotels offer this for FREE.

"Nice property"
What a great property! It exudes refinement & class. When we checked in, the manager was overseeing & asking guests who were checking in if we would like come crudites , cheese & champagne. What a great touch! The room was elegantly appointed, clean. The only blemish on otherwise nice accommodations was the broken iron. I would have hoped that the housekeeping […] staff would check these items on a regular basis. The quality of room service & follow-up was great. We were apprised of the status of our order & timing. "Great hotel and restaurant"
The hotel restaurant, Regatta, was great. The room was fine and the beds were very comfortable. Toilet didn't flush that well - that was our only issue. Perfect stop off while traveling between locations.
"Awesome, better than description."
We loved our time at this hotel! It was clean, new, friendly and had all the conveniences. There were two pools: one indoor and one outdoor! The brunch on Sunday was delicious with tons and tons of food. The staff on the restaurant and throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Our stay at this hotel was great. Front desk was organized and helpful. The dining room had a gluten free menu..fantastic. The room had the best beds i ever slept in at a hotel. Our stay was super!

Clean rooms. Clean bathrooms. Reasonable prices (for the rooms not dining). Overall I would stay here any time I'm in the area. Ditch the cookie... you don't need it.
"Mixed emotions"
"Mixed" is the best way to describe my views of this hotel. The Hotel itself was aesthetically pleasing, but the indoor air quality left something to be desired. My room was very musty (along with the upper floor corridors) and smelled like an ash tray, even though it was designated as a non-smoking room. The breakfast buffet was good, but don't trust […] the breakfast times in the info package they give you! Apparently the buffet doesn't run the entire duration of breakfast availability. Pool was really nice, and locations was convenient to the highways. I would probably stay there again, but demand a room that didn't stink up my clothes! Læs mere

The hotel was conveniently close to both the interstate and to local eateries. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Employees were polite and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to any who have to stay in Syracuse.
"Great experience"
We stayed on Friday night to Saturday. The hotel is very clean. The pool was great. My son and I really enjoyed it. The staff at the hotel was so nice. The room was clean. Overall we had such a wonderful experience. That area of Syracuse is non-residential. But is is safe area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you so much.
