Reception OK. Parkering lige uden for, men da man ikke har behov for at køre i evt. egen bil, betales pr. dag for 18 timer af $1,75. Værelser, malingen skaller af dørene, slidte møbler, gode senge og OK badeværelse. Boks på værelse skal betales selvom man ikke bruger den. Bør lige rettes i beskrivelsen hos www.hotels.com.

Det værste hotel vi nogensinde været på. Toilet der var i stykker og dermed ikke virkede. Da vi informerede receptionen om dette, var svaret at vi måtte affinde os med det og vi kunne bruge toilettet nede ved dem. Sengetøjet var beskidt og fedtet.

Et rigtig ulækkert hotel med uforskammet personale. Har aldrig prøvet noget så dårligt selvom jeg har boet på meget billige moteller. Meget forfaldent, uhygiejnisk og utrygt. Eneste gode er stranden lige ved siden af. Vil aldrig derhen igen, heller ikke selvom jeg bare skal bruge en seng i kort tid.

Udemærket Hotel, god A/C. Vi havde dog en nabo der mente vi spillede for høj musik, så han ville hellere melde os til politiet end at bede os om at skrue ned. Nu er vi et par flinke fyre, og det var overhovedet ikke højt. God Pool og lækker strand med Livredder.

The Seagull hotel has dirty rooms, and is generally run down. The bed covers had holes. On a positive note, it is in an excellent location. Only 3 blocks from the Miami Beach Convention Center and 1 block from the Ocean. Lincoln road is a 5 block walk.

hotel old not very clean. A/C didn't work, even after they came to fix it. Only one ice machine in 7 floors worked for whole buildidng. Web site mentioned public parking across xtreet but didn't mention it cost $1.75 per hour!!!! Beautiful view and nice staff though.

My family and I were very excited to go to the beach and when we book this hotel we tough that we will have a great time but this place is horrible. the place smells, dirty, old outdated the bathroom is nasty I was afraid to get fungus every time I got inside the tub it's worse than a gas station bathroom. All in all not as bad as people make it out to be. It's a bit run down and the elevators are unpredictable. The rooms are dusty and need some tlc but not filthy. Very functional. What can I say... you get what you pay for. At the end of the day, this place was perfect for walking to the convention center and lots of other places, including the beach! There are countless Ferrari's and Rolls-Royces in front of the hotel, but they're probably not staying at the Seagull. This is a hotel in a great location, but, badly in need of refurbishment. I stayed in an unseasonably cold February day with low temperatures in the 40's. My room was the same temperature. Poor quality hotel that is begging for a remodel. The only nice thing, were the employees, and unfortunately they need a job. The smell was bad, so I took a scented candle, the tub was nasty, so I took a pair of shoes to wear.....yes, I read the reviews prior to staying, but I needed the location. hotel smells of mold and mildew, carpets are old and doors in rooms don't close. elevators smell like beer. Facility is deteriorated somehow. However, it was not so bad. Staff was friendly and the location is great. They just need to improve the physical aspect of the building.

We got there Saturday morning due to problems on the road and they refused to honor our reservation till my partner had a fight with the Manager to give us a room. the front desk attendant, Linda was very nice, but other than that the hotel leaves much to be desired! the room had a very bad smell, there were massive stains on the carpet, cigarette burns on both comforters, and the bathroom was just plain filthy. we had to wear our flip flops in the tub when we showered, it was that bad. the location was great […] however right next to the W hotel so we could escape and have drinks there. it was right on the strip close to the beach, and New Years eve so we weren't able to find anything else last minute. thank goodness it was only for two nights!! Here is cheap, I can't complain anything at all, it's more like great value. Only one thing , the person who staied my next door was so noisy and heavy snorer . Room was little sink like smoke and mold.

My stay at this hotel was ok, there was a smell in the hallway on the floor that I stayed on. The room walls needs repairs in a few places. The beds were great, the bed comfort was very good. The hotel is located in a good area of Miami Beach. But It needs alot of repairs and the cleaning staff need to have more pride in their work. The bathroom was dirty especially the bathtub. It looked like it was never cleaned. The Air conditioner was noisy, the clothes rack was old and rusted. HOTEL WAS CLEAN,BUT HAD MOLD THROUHUOUT. POOR SERVICE--OVER 2 HOUR WAIT FOR REPAIRMAN TO SHOW AND AND STILL WASNT FIXED BY TIME WE CHECKED OUT.
