The staff at this hotel are really spectacular, the hotel itself is clean & in a good area. The room was very cramped & disappointing. I was suprised the fountain outdoors was not on as it was in the photo. It was a pleasant stay & I really can't say enough about the wonderful staff, from doormen, to clerks, to wait staff.

Overall good experience. Breakfast buffet was over priced and undelivered. Food quality was poor and the selection inadequate for the price.

OK for the one night - felt parking expensive ($32), and dis-appointed no breakfast included for the price. Staff good - I found it to be a long walk from the elevator to the room (no short-cut - had to go down 3 hallways to get to the room (627). No real complaints.

Great location and nice hotel. Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time when we stayed. Would definatly stay there again!

We had a great room, lots of space with king size bed. Everyone was helpful and nice. We were across the street from the Riverwalk with eating and shopping area. Easy walking distance to the French Quarters with not all the noise.

Had a wonderful time in New Orleans, Hotel was great and convient. Have stayed there before and will stay again in the near future.

Hotel staff were ALL very nice and helpful. Kurt at the bar was very accomodating and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms need work. Bathroom floor looked like it was filthy, tiles were chipped, etc. Whole room needed to be cleaned better- there were many places we could not touch because there were mysterious hairs and liquids on them. Went to the lobby bathroom and that was beautiful and spotless! Hotel has great potential but they need to keep the rooms cleaner […] and repair things as needed. Great location for the price. My only comment is that complimentary coffee should be offered starting at 6 am not 7, when room sevice begins. Maybe even a juice bar also starting at 6 am. Travelers are away from home and out of their normal routine and the ability to get something to drink before 7 am would help. Overall, satisfied with the hotel and services offered.

They let us check in early and everything was smooth as could be after that. No complaints whatsoever. Friendly staff. Great location. It exceeded expectations.

Some construction was going on in the hotel.

Location and condition of hotel was fine, but next time we will spend our $25.00 on our breakfast voucher somewhere else. A breakfast of 1 waffle, 2 glasses of orange juice, 1 slice of ham, 1 small biscuit, & scrambled eggs, was $44.21. The FREE breakfast voucher was for $23.36, so adding a $4.00 tip, made our FREE breakfast cost me $24.85. Could have […] had a much better deal at IHOP. Nowhere was it stated that the voucher was only worth $23.36, off the total amount of what you ordered, and the the prices of what the items were: $6.00 for the4 slice of ham, $11.00 for the waffle, $12.00 for the eggs and biscuit, and $4.00 for a glass of orange juice, well, you do the math = = if you double the price of everything, then someone is going to have to pay & Guess who? It just would have been nice to know up front. We DID find a great place to eat the night before, right on the corner of the same block - so we could walk there and back. The food was fantastic, the Cajun band was awesome, and the service could not have been any better. It was called Mulates, and we will for sure go there again. There was plenty of parking across the street for $8.00 a day, which would have added up to $16.00 for that night, and I guess the next morning - which was much cheaper than the $33.00 for valet parking, which sounded like was not an option. We saw several people walking from there to the hotel - I guess they must have known something that we didn't. Læs mere

We love this hotel and would definitely stay there again. Diane and Jeremy were wonderful, actually all of the staff was wonderful and the hotel was super clean and comfortable. The bedding was marvelous.....................................

I always stay at the Wyndham Riverfront when I attend conferences at the convention center. Great staff and beautiful hotel.

I stayed here for 3 days. Hotel was nice and clean. When I got to room, I had to call to get shampoo and soap. Those had not been left by housekeeping. Bathroom floor was a little dirty. I am not sure whose fault this is but he Hotels.com website stated a "free bottle of wine" included with the room. No one at the hotel knew about this and there was […] no bottle in my room when I arrived. Not a big deal. Hotel is in a great location across from the Convention center. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Quarter. Good local restaurants in immediate vacinity if you explore the side streets. Valets and hotel staff were very nice. I highly recommend. Læs mere

Booked double for one night to see concert nearby & was surprised to receive comp breakfast for two. Once checked in, tv in room didn't work but maintenance man was in room working on it within 2 mins. Ended up switching to new room. Overall very decent stay for the cost!

Everything was basically satisfactory. Across the street from a big casino. About a twelve minute walk to Bourbon Street. Problems were: (1) elevators kept breaking down, this led to very long wait times during peak hours; (2) we were supposed to be in a room with two double beds, but were instead assigned one king bed--hotel staff did nothing to […] fix this and did not seem particularly concerned; (3) vending machine was broken on our floor, person at the front desk did not care, and there was nowhere else in the hotel to get a cold bottle of water at night (other than to pay $3 for a small, not cold bottle in the room). We encountered a bug crawling on the desk in the first room we checked into. We were moved and did not have another bug encounter. I needed to have some pants to a dry clean ONLY suit cleaned and they were apparently washed rather than dry cleaned. Consequently, a $1,200.00 suit was ruined!!! While there were a lack of amenities (pool, etc. that I […] was not aware of) that my family enjoys and the service I received from the dry cleaners, I could not allow myself to reommend this hotel to anyone. We occupied five (5) rooms at the end of a family reunion weekend. This ruined it for me. Læs mere

Went to NO for a meeting. Hotel is nice. Valet parking only... $30.00 per night. Kind of steep don't you think?

I just wish we were on a higher floor so we could see over the city.

Checked in about 830pm. Saw that dining was open till 10pm, but when we tried to enter were told they were closing early.(lack of business) Had to settle for casino buffet. (Yack) After a little gambling stopped by 5th floor vending for midnight soda and snack, no luck.(both machines broken) Tried a little late TV, no premium channels.(HBO,Showtime,etc.) […] Took shower in AM.(drain plugged) Ate breakfast in previously closed restraunt, really good food, a bit pricey but good none the less. Explained dissatisfaction with afore mentioned items to desk clerk and was summarily dismissed without any concern. Our room was in the furthest corner of the furthest wing on the 5th floor.(truly a hike) After our stay, my loving wife of 30 years looked to Me smiling and said, " at least we have the memory of our anniversary" Yes we do. 30 years ago we drove my old Chevy to Redondo Beach, Ca. and stayed with friends, sleeping in their garage. We were 19, and loved every minute of it. More than We can say about this time. The Hilton is right across the street. We will be staying there next year. Disappointed at 30yrs. Læs mere

We arrived about 9pm only to be greeted by a less than enthusiastic valet and a rude desk clerk. After arriving on our floor we had to walk a ways both upstairs and down. Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable. When we were unable to locate the room service book we decided to go out. We stopped at the desk to ask about room service the clerk argued […] with us that the book was in the room on the desk. When we returned from dinner, they had not delivered a book. The day clerk was very nice as was the wait staff in their restaurant. The food was mediocre. This was my second and last. stay. Læs mere

I took my wife here for Mother's Day - truly wonderful experience. The hotel staff were friendly and the helpful. They accommodated all of our needs. The area was right off of the Riverwalk and very near the French Quarters.

The staff at this hotel are the best staff that I've every had the pleasure of their company.
