Hotellet er selvom det er beliggende tæt på en meget benyttet freeway, et meget roligt sted med en dejlig atmosfære. Personalet udviser en professionel, men enormt venlig opførsel, og yder en solid service ud over det forventede. Morgenmaden er et kapitel for sig med alt hvad der kan tænkes når der tales om en Continental breakfast. kvaliteten af alt er i topklasse og der er rigeligt af alt. Der er desuden stillet frisk frugt og aviser frem til fri afbenyttelse. Min ledsager og jeg fik oveni en hyggelig samtale med hotellets manager, der ikke gik af vejen for selv at rense bunden af poolen efter kraftig blæst, der havde revet mange blade ned over poolen. Værelset var yderst komfortabelt og indeholdt både køleskab, micro, kaffemaskine med bønner, strygejern og hårtørrer til fri afbenyttelse. Vejen til hotellet er vel skiltet, så det er nemt at finde. der er også mange forskellige kvalitetsrestauranter i umiddelbar nærhed af hotellet. Så en topkarakter fra mig og min ledsager for et super ophold. Hvis jeg igen får behov for overnatning i området vil jeg med sikkerhed vende tilbage. Hotellet fortjener virkelig sine stjerner. Jeg vidste intet om hotellet ved bookning, men valgte udelukkende pga den tilbudte morgenmad, som ikke findes på nærliggende hoteller. Men jeg vil vælge Best Western hoteller når jeg får behov i fremtiden og det er muligt.

It's an old hotel, but the service is excellent, wifi is free, and you can get coffee 24/7. I'll be back next time I'm in Ontario!

Store værelser med god plads til 5 personer, stor fladskærm, stor sofa. beliggenheden er perfekt i lille afstand til The Strip. Hotellet er rent og personalet er venlige. Morgenmaden er ok.

We thought that the hotel was nice, and the staff friendly. We felt that the charges for wireless internet and parking were a little high.

"Riverside Marriot"
Overall, this experience made me not really excited to stay at the Marriott again. Compared with other hotel chains, the staff seemed to not genuinely care about customer service. The hotel bar kept weird hours and they didn't even offer coffee to guests. Beds were uncomfortable.

I was in Riverside for just one night. The front desk is very friendly and it was a good deal for the money.

The room was nice, fairly modern. Flat Screen Television, nice setup for ice/drinks, clean bathroom. I didn't like the showerhead, but that is a personal preference. The bed was too firm, again, personal preference. It was clean and overall a nice room. The only complaint I had was the noise from the air conditioner compressor. It woke me up every time […] it kicked on. A bit annoying, but what can you do? No fridge as advertised, we had our ice chest so didn't care. "The Marriott Riverside hotel close to shops"
The hotel was really nice. The bar was small but pleasant. Only problem I have is the amenities the hotel says it has. Example: a small store...doesn't exist. Movies on Demand in your room: doesn't exist. No mini fridges in the rooms either. It advertises that it is right next to the Saturday Farmers Market....OMG it was a joke!!! "The Riverside Marriott - Perfect for our Purposes"
Standard Marriott business location. Clean, comfortable room with helpful staff. Great for a quick business layover. Awakened by noise of passing train but only once. Booked the Stay for Breakfast room and while there was no buffet that morning we were able to order off the menu, and it was very good.

"Happy"
I was very happy with the hotel and room. The only negative thing I have to say is that I don't think they should charge for parking if you are a guest at the hotel.
"Riverside Marriott-Nice place to stay"
We stayed here while attending a wedding at the Mission Inn. Convenient location, nice remodel on the hotel. Bed was comfortable. I guess the only thing I would say is if you eat the breakfast, know that you have the option to order real eggs from the kitchen, not the powder-type scrambled eggs they serve on the buffet line.

"deal with construction woes... otherwise good"
Construction currently (Aug 2011 through Oct) is horrific with really REALLY loud construction during business hours and the hotel restaurant is closed intermittently as well.... Construction woes aside, standard Marriott (very clean rooms), beds nice and comfy. overally well maintained property and right in the heart of the action of riverside's downtown […] hub and main pedestrian area (main st), Would definitely recommend but hopefully like me, you won't be at the hotel itself from 9-5 but away doing business or you won't be happy at all... "The Marriott Riverside-Nice but Avoid on Holidays!"
The Marriott Hotel Riverside is a pretty nice place but I would avoid Holidays there! We got in late and they said they had Room Service until 11 PM - When we called we got - NOTHING!!! Also there were NO In-Room Movies although they were listed as an available service! The place was "packed" with Soccer Families who took over the pool and Hot Tub […] and let the kids do whatever they wanted including splashing about and breaking all posted pool rules! "Noisy"
Hotel was very nice. Rooms were nice. However, there is a train track near by and there was a train going by every hour all nigh long. It was loud and impossible to sleep.

Nice place, very conveniently located near downtown Riverside and just a block away from the Mission Inn area with all the historical buildings and shops. Good service and cheerful staff, even those who had to work over Christmas. Just thought the bed was a little more firm than we like, but that's just a matter of personal taste.

Just infront of Convention Center. Nice place to visit during christmas for you can view the Festival of Lights by Mission Inn. Convenience walking distance to restaurants, convention center, shooping stores etc.... One sad part is the parking fee... I think it should be FREE for guess.... But it was only $8 per day!
Parking fee was unnecessary as parking available In convention center. I free parking for 1 week Stay would have been a nice bonus.

Pretty standard fare for a regular Marriott. I was at a conference in the convention center, which is literally right across the parking lot. Very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. "Great price, location and room!"
Fun surrounding neighborhood for an adult night out. Everything walking distance to the hotel and the late night pizza delivery to our room was a bonus. The room was also very comfortable and made the stay a pleasant one.

"worst experience in long time"
We've had better stays at Best Western Motels. We had to park on 3rd level of parking garage due to few handicapped spaces taken. The elevator was out of service but no signs were posted and we weren't notified on check-in. We were physically unprepared to use three flights of stairs. Room service was too expensive and no other options available. TV […] was unplugged and it took two calls and almost two hours to get someone to move heavy cabinet to plug in set. Curtains were for decoration only and didn't close. We had to pull the sides together and clip with a skirt hanger to keep patio lights and morning sun from shining in. A refridgerator and microwave would have been nice. No list of local restaurants availalble and no phone book in room to call around. Not enough towels but... the bed was very comfortable. Læs mere

"Worst Service Ever!"
1st they gave us the wrong room, 4 people do not fit in a king size bed, but they ran out of double rooms, which is what i paid for. They finally gave us a room with a pull out couch, not very comfy.It took 3 phone calls and 3 hours to get towels, i had to call twice to get the housekeeper to empty the trash, freshen the coffee, etc. The drapes only […] cover 1/3 of the window so the sun shines right in at 6am! "A great value"
Even being being put in a room across from the elevator and ice machine, there still was not a lot of noise. The staff were very friendly and gracious. I would recommend a stay there even if you are not part of a convention.
