Very Very Good Hotel. But have to think twice if you prefer lots of shopping in Tokyo because it is quite far away from Tokyo.

Fantastic. Couldn't fault it, so close to Disneyland and Disneysea, watch the fireworks from your balcony, just ask for a Disneyland view. Clean and easy access to the rail line, plenty of shopping at Maihama station, shuttle bus on the weekends and resort line during the week. I recommend this hotel to stay for visiting Tokyo disney land and sea until late night. The room for 2 adults and 2 children is clean and big enough.But is is not so new.

Excellent hotel .... Service staff helpful, family-oriented amenities, comfortable room .... We had a nice stay

The family room is cosy and spacious. Overall stay is nice except that the meals there are very expensive. And there are no other dinning option nearby to choose from. The sandwich or cup noodles from "The Shop" at Oasis will be the cheapest option there. Their shuttle service is from the hotel to the monorail station. Excellent Hotel to stay at if you want to visit Tokyo Disney. However be aware that you should try to catch the Bus from the airport as going by the train involves a long journey and many transfers. It is luxury resort yet very children friendly. They even decorate the hotel with chdren theme. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Very close to Disney land and Disney sea. Highly recommended for couple with children

After arriving I noticed that I left a bag on the Airport Limousine bus, which conatined gifts for our friends in Japan. The staff were quick to call the bus company and arranged for the bag to be delivered the very next morning. the staff were always willing to help even if we had to struggle a bit with the language barrier.

I will come back again because the hotel has a great team ready for guest at all time, slime is on the faces, food were wonderfull, etc, etc, etc....! Just too bad I could not stay longer for this trip.

This was the second time we've stayed here while visiting Disney. It's close and cheaper than the other hotels and has enough bed space for a family with small kids. There is a pullout bed underneath one of the 2 double beds and you can request a crib. Parking wasn't cheap--3,000 yen for 1 night. The biggest downside was the internet--not free and only […] available in the lobby. The pool looked nice from the balcony, and the restaurants looked OK but expensive. It is an ideal Hotel for those who wish to visit Tokyo DisneyLand and Tokyo DisneySea. To travel Tokyo city, the Hotel has a shuttle bus to take you to Train/ Subway Maihama Station from 8:20 am to 9:30 pm i.e. every 20 minutes a trip. We booked this hotel as we were traveling with our young child and would be visiting Disney for two days. The hotel is conveniently located about 5mins from Disney and fully accesible via bus and the rail system. Very spacious room with two double beds, could accomodate a crib, and also came with a bath tub. The hotel is near Disneyland and Disney Sea but not close to any restaurants except inside the hotel. Restaurants inside the hotel were nice but expensive. Had to travel 30 minutes to reach a convenience store or reasonable restaurant. The Wi-Fi was hard to use because of the Japanese settings or not available at all. Excellent hotel for Tokyo Disneyland/Sea travellers. Rooms are big n facilities new. Services excellent n patient. Definitely will go back to Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay for my next visit to Tokyo

AWESOME.

This hotel is just outside DisneyLand/Sea. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, to get to Disney, you will have to take the Disney train. We were impressed that we could check in at the Resort Centre (Maihama station) and hence could leave our lugguages with them and go straight to DisneyLand. Great location for Disneyland and Disney Sea! Would've liked it more if there were cheaper restaurants to eat at for breakfast.

I styed in Hilton in Tokyo Bay before & found Sheraton is the best. The view is much better - can see all Disney Land & the sea + the room is very nice with the theme. All our group was very happy.

Overall was a good value hotel for visiting the Disneyland. However, they could've improved a couple of things. One is about a free shuttle from the Maihama Station - since I wasn't alerted of that, I ended up taking a taxi and then realized that there was a shuttle service. Also, the weather was hot enough to open up the outdoor pool - they said […] it would be open only during summer. Other than these, the prices with food included is probably the best way to get in, as they've a lot of buffet variety and NO restaurant nearby. The indoor pool was very good. Læs mere

The inside of the hotel lobby was just beautiful. The hallways on the way to our room was distasteful in that it was childish feel to it. The family rooms are childish too so if you have no problem with that than this hotel is for you. Be careful about making coffee in the morning for yourself as most chains offer complimentary coffee in their rooms, […] this one does not! Things that you think are free in your room end of not being so. Do your homework. Other than some small bumps in the apprearance, this hotel and its employees were very professional and helpful. 房間寬大, 床很舒服也很大,雙人房的床夠睡4個人. 浴室也很大, 馬桶還有電動沖水. 我住的房間落地窗/陽台可看到東京灣. 唯一的美中不足的是上網要付費(1000/晚) 自助早餐太貴了(3300/人), 我是去一樓商店買三明治與飲料當早餐(約550/人), 便宜又方便. 去迪士尼有專車(幾乎不需要等)送到單軌車站. 去機場巴士票價810/人. (以上費用皆為日幣)

Muito bom, situado ao redor de Tokio e 15 minutos até a estação de Tokio. Atendimento muito bom. O que ajuda muito é que o onibus sai de Narita aeroporto e te deixa no hotel.

乾淨~安靜~交通方便 房間大!! 還有VIEW可以看夕陽 以NT 6000多來算是非常棒的選擇!!! 五星級飯店等級!!超級推薦!!!

ＴＤＬに家族旅行の際、素泊まりでこのホテルを利用させて頂きました。スタンダードの部屋の予約でしたが、３歳の子供連れということで　1ランクあげてペンギンのお部屋に案内してくださいました。パジャマとスリッパも用意されており、洗面台には踏み台があるお部屋で、子供も満足して宿泊しました。窓からは夜のライトアップされたシンデレラ城が　とても綺麗で、ステキな思い出になりました。

パートナーと素敵な宿泊をさせていただきました。ありがとうございました。
