  This hotel has great facilities but it is located inside a mall with limited signs. The Mall/Conference center is hard to navigate with multiple elevators and the lobby is on the 6th floor. But the hotel (once you find it) is great - rooms are big compared to other Tokyo hotels and it is modern.

  Hotellet ligger med en flot udsigt mod Tokyo, havneområde og Regnbuebroen. Glimrende service og meget komfortabele værelser - Rummelige, gode senge og meget rene. Hotellets restauranter er alle gode og et par af dem har ekstra flot udsigt mod vand og by.

  The room was on the 33rd floor and the view was great. The hotel is a mixture of office building and an actual hotel. The area is Ginza, posh business area, but very quiet and also a bit futuristic with all the glass and steel skyscrapers, mono rails and the walkways between buildings. The room was good with a comfortable bed and a nice and clean bathroom. The staff was excellent with no language problems at all.

  a bit out the way if just around for a single night like I was. Have to be accessed by the separate metro line outside of Tokyo metro or JR line. Hotel was top class as expected but was surprised to find that this was the only hotel on my 3 week trip aound Japan in which I had to pay for internet - odd when room price is already high!! Also didn't find the breakfast to be as good as had hoped - no cheese and bacon was "steamed" like you'll find all over Japan but was really the one thing I had been looking forward in an Internal hotel chain...so overall okay but a bit disappointed
