Hoteller i Dominica

We expected the rooms to be average standard, but where quite suprised about them. They turned out very cozy and had a great atmosphere. The hosts where really kind and helpful and made us feel home. Outstanding service and good quality cooking. The area is quite, no shops or areas to go out. even though there is a small local disco 100 m away. So dont go there if you feel like going out. The area is for people how like to be close to nature. There are several hikes one can do close and some beaches. There are hikes just outside the hotel, and beautiful rivers, pools and waterfalls to see within 20-30 min. drive away that you can do on your own. Besides that there are some bigger hikes to do with guides as well. The only downside of this place is that its 2,5 hours drive away from Roseau if one is onto seeing the main city and about 2 hours drive away from Victoria falls and Sari Sari. The island of Dominica is especially for people who want to experience the rainforest and the waterfalls. We did it once which was ok, we got to see the island and experience the "hilly" roads. But if one plans to do it daily it would be a long time to spend on the road.
