    The hotel is definitely very nice and newly renovated. Beds are perfect after a long day of walking around town. Breakfast was alright, nothing fancy. There are, however, two major drawbacks of this hotel. The location is a bit dodgy. We did not experience anything strange, but our local friends all said that this is the worst part of the city. Because of the season we were never on the street, when it was dark. But I think that walking around that neighbourhood on dark winter nights could be a bit creepy. The shower was horrible. The water just kept changing from extremely hot to extremely cold all the time! Impossible to adjust it.

    Er utrlig svært at finde også med GPS, da denne ikke dækker sidevejene i Baltikum men kun de store veje. Hjælp fra befolkning er umulig, da ingen taler tysk eller engelsk, så kontakt er kun mulig på russisk. Ved et svineheld blev hotellet fundet, men næste dag var problemet det samme efter hjemkomst fra Riga by. Det er anbefalelsesværdigt at bede en taxi om at køre foran til hotellet og betale for turen.
